How we work
TCL carry out air conditioning installation, repairs and general air conditioning maintenance for large and small businesses, as well as home customers, across the UK. We work with all leading air conditioning brands including, Fujitsu, Daikin, Sanyo, Mitsubishi and Toshiba.
Engineer Vehicles Fitted with Trackers
All our engineers’ vehicles are fitted with trackers, which are linked to our head office and show us where they are in the country at any given moment.
Engineers Carry Handheld PDA’s (Personal Handheld Computers)
Engineers carry handheld PDA’s to every site. When an engineer has finished a job the completed ‘electronic’ job sheet gets sent immediately from the PDA to our head office computers. If any parts need to be ordered as a result we can order these straight away, saving time.
The PDA’s hold up to date information on the air conditioning equipment for all sites we have visited. The engineer doesn’t have to phone head office for that information as a result.
Qualifications
All our engineers hold CITB safe handling certificates and SKILL cards.
Health & Safety
We have dedicated staff responsible for the monitoring and implementation of health and safety within TCL who is fully NEBOSH trained. We are also members of the SAFEcontractor scheme which is an independently run H&S scheme. For details please visit http://www.safecontractor.com
Public Liability Insurance
We hold a public liability policy with a limit of indemnity of £10,000,000. We are members of Constructionline and have proudly achieved 10 out of 10 in four categories.
