About TCL

TCL air conditioning LTD supply air conditioning services to a variety of clients across the UK. We specialise in looking after multi-outlet retail companies which have shops or offices in major high streets around England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Although our head office is based in West Sussex, our engineers are located all across the country, meaning we can also easily cater for both domestic clients as well as small businesses with office air conditioning UK. TCL enjoy excellent relationships with all the leading air conditioning manufacturers, including Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu, Sanyo and many more. This enables us to offer our clients exceptionally long warranties (on both parts and labour) for our air conditioning installations.

Staying Ahead of the Game with the Latest Technology

Each of our engineers’ vehicles is fitted with tracking technology which links back to our head office, enabling our office staff to quickly establish where an engineer is at any given time. So, we can tell when an engineer is on his way to you or when an engineer has been to visit one of your shops.

Each engineer also carries with them a personal handheld computer (PDA) which they take to every site. They are sent the work electronically and can update job details and compile a report whilst on site without any paper involved. The client then electronically signs the worksheet on the PDA and all the information for that work gets uploaded to our head office instantly. This enables us to get back to you more quickly with a report, a quote if any further works are necessary and to get any parts on order immediately.

Combined, this all reduces the downtime of your air conditioning, reducing disruption to both your staff and your business.

Better Qualified, Better Quality Results

TCL take employee training very seriously – we believe that the better qualified a person is, the higher quality of work they will provide. That is why every TCL engineer holds CITB safe handling certificates and SKILL cards.

Health and Safety is a Top Priority
